Nonviolent Communication Resources
Here are some resources to explore 👇
Nonviolent Communication is a communication framework developed by Dr Marshall B Rosenberg.
It has been used between warring tribes and in war-torn countries; in schools, prisons, and corporations; in health care, social change and government institutions; and in intimate personal relationships.
I hope you find these resources on Nonviolent Communication useful.
To your health and success!
Here is a 6-page primer on Nonviolent Communication developed by BayNVC, that will help you decide if you want to explore this framework more.
One of the best resources I’ve read on Nonviolent Communication is Say What You Mean, the book published by Oren Jay Sofer.
His approach takes Nonviolent Communication as it was developed by Marshall Rosenberg, and adds what was missing: mindfulness and somatics, so you can have the presence and capacity to deploy the Nonviolent Communication framework effectively.
